Recovering a lost village - Clash of Clans

If you have lost your village somehow and it was not linked to Game Center (for iOS users) or Google+ (for Android users), this guide may help you in recovering that village. Note that it is not a guarantee, but if you follow the steps below there is a good chance that your village may be recoverable.

iOS

It is recommended that you DO NOT pass Town Hall level 4 on the new village, as this may cause problems in the recovery procedure!

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Clash of Clans application.
  2. Press the Settings icon.
  3. Press Help And Support.
  4. Press Report An Issue.
  5. Press Other Problem.

If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail set up on your device, you can directly e-mail them at clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible.

If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE-POPULATED DATA!

The following information will be required:

  • Name of the old village:
  • Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
  • Town Hall level of the lost village:
  • Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:
  • Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.

Android

  3. Make sure you are connected to your Google+ account, so your old village will get linked to it.
  4. Press Help and Support.
  5. Press Report an Issue.
